Welcome to Nanny's Beach House, a charming holiday chalet located in the scenic Berrara Beach Chalets. This cosy beach chalet offers a comfortable retreat for up to five guests, with two bedrooms and one bathroom.
Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Aircon is available.
- Shared Laundry facilities
- Guests are Required to supply their own firewood.
- No smoking inside the Chalet
- No pets allowed.
- No Wifi available and mobile reception unreliable
Inside:
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the inviting open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area. The lounge features plush blue chairs, creating a relaxed and coastal ambiance. The room is adorned with a delightful mix of pinks and blues, adding a touch of charm to the space. Underneath the coffee table, you'll find an assortment of board and card games, perfect for entertainment during your stay.
Walking past the kitchen, you'll find the shower and sink on the left, and the toilet on the right. Both areas are tastefully decorated with artificial plants, adding a refreshing touch to your daily routine. Beyond the bathroom, you'll discover the two comfortable bedrooms, providing a peaceful haven for a good night's sleep.
Outside:
Nanny's Beach House also features a lovely veranda, complete with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy outdoor meals or simply soak up the beautiful surroundings. For those who love to barbecue, a BBQ grill is available for guests to use. Additionally, there is a fireplace where guests can cosy up during cooler evenings. Please note that guests must bring their own firewood as it will not be provided.

To ensure your comfort, the beach house is equipped with air conditioning, allowing you to relax and unwind in a pleasant indoor climate. Like the other chalets in the Berrara Beach Chalets community, Nanny's Beach House offers a stunning view and quick access to both the Berrara Lagoon and Berrara Beach.
*Please note* that Berrara Waters Chalets are a Private Estate and NOT a Holiday Resort. Please respect others by reducing noise levels in all outdoor areas after 10.00pm.
Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
